Once you’ve found a property you wish to apply for, you may complete an online application form Here upon viewing.
Alternatively, please download the application form Here. We ask that include a copy of your passport or driver’s license as proof of identification. You may email your complete application to Scott Cai (firstname.lastname@example.org) or simply drop it into our office at 2 Lorne Street, Auckland Central.
For the application process to go as smoothly as possible, we recommend including the following:
Your application form will be processed and a credit check will be performed. All of the relevant information will then be presented to the landlord (where possible) and a selection will be made. We always try to do this as quickly as possible and inform all applicants of the outcome, either by phone, email or text message.
By completing the application form you evidence the fact that you are applying to rent a residential house/ flat/apartment, and you are further advised that, if you do not supply all the information requested (other than the driver licence information) in this application form you may not be considered as the best applicant for the rental property.
PLEASE NOTE: A separate completed application form is required for each person who proposes to enter a tenancy agreement.
